Visiting the website and hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA) and delivered through its network. When you visit the pages, the hosting provider necessarily processes connection data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested, the page you came from (referrer) and information about your browser and operating system.
This data is used solely to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. It is neither combined with other data sources nor analysed for marketing purposes. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website). Providing this data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement; without it, however, the website cannot be displayed.
Vercel processes the data on our behalf and on our instructions (processing under Art. 28 GDPR). Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (in particular EU standard contractual clauses). The log data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes described.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, stores no data in your browser's local storage and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and images are delivered together with the website; no third-party content such as Google Fonts, videos or maps is embedded. Consent under Section 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and there is no cookie banner.
Contacting us by email
If you email us at talents@LEADBeyond.de, we process your details (in particular your email address, your name and the content of your message) in order to handle and answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once your request has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Booking a call via Google Calendar
To arrange a call, we link to an appointment booking page of Google Calendar, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. No data is transferred to Google unless you click the link.
If you book an appointment there, your details (such as name, email address and, where applicable, a message) are processed by Google and passed on to us so that we can prepare and hold the call. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). This may involve a transfer to the USA. Google's privacy policy also applies.
Links to other websites
This website contains links to external services, such as LinkedIn and our platforms LEADBeyond 360° and ValueScore. These are plain links, not embedded plugins: data is only transferred once you click a link and visit the other website. The privacy notices of the respective provider apply there.
No automated decision-making
There is no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
